We carefully prepare, quality check, and securely package every jewellery order before dispatch. Delivery time depends on whether your item is available in stock or needs fresh production.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
In-Stock Orders
If your jewellery is available in stock, your order will usually be processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, UK delivery normally takes 5–7 business days.
When an Item Sells Out
Some products may show as available but can sell out quickly due to high demand. If this happens, we will arrange fresh production of your jewellery from our Hong Kong production facility.
Fresh Production Time
Freshly produced items usually take around 15–20 days to complete. Once production and quality checks are finished, your order will be shipped to your UK address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery status.
