Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
